The complimentary continental breakfast isn't anything to write home about. Staff are pleasant enough, though YMMV. "

"It was okay. Noisy but they provide earplugs because it's the city. I wasn't thinking about being near pch and the noise. It did have a stench but we opened the window and it aired out. I like that I didn't have to think about carrying around a room key because you can unlock the door with a code or your phone. "The view was from the room was absolutely amazing and you are walking distance to all the cool restaurants and shops. That made it all worth it. We had a great time. That said, the air conditioning and wi-fi don't work, they know they don't work, and they don't seem to care that they don't work. Luckily, neither really affected the trip for us too much, but you should be aware. But with the poor cell coverage, best this be an unplugged trip. "

We were unable to utilize that amenity. We were disappointed to say the least. Reason: We were told by the host that it was a safety hazard. Cleanliness on a scale of one to ten. 6 1/2. The beds were comfortable and most all the amenities were as described in the VRBO listing. It checked most all the boxes....
