Lovely location. Needs some updating and some seriously upgraded breakfast facilities but as the whole area is due for demolition and a laguna style modern renovation (sad to lose all the characterful buildings and restaurants) it really doesn’t matter. It is clean, basic and the staff are friendly.

The rooms are nice. However I had noisy neighbors carrying on until after midnight. So the front desk was kind enough to move me to a quiet room. So grateful!
