"We had a great stay at Cross Bali Breakers. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was clean and spacious, and we stayed in one of the private pool villas which was lovely and definitely worth it. The main pool area is also very nice and a great place to relax. Overall, a really enjoyable stay. The only thing to consider is the location- it’s quite far from many of the main activities, and the roads in the area are quite old and full of potholes, which can make getting around a bit more difficult. If you’re visiting during the rainy season, there isn’t a huge amount to do nearby, so it’s worth keeping that in mind when planning your stay."

"I visited this hotel after visiting 5 other hotels. I was scouting gotels for an event I am hosting in November. This was the last, and it was the best. I enjoyed it so much that before I even left the hotel, I rented the entire place for our trip in November. They have been in contact with me to make sure everything is correct. "Resort is huge but the biggest standout is the colleagues working there. From Simon and Aldi at Front Desk who handled the small hiccup during the stay to Putri in F&B who came to check in on us during breakfast, you can really feel the genuine sense of care they have for their guests. Kudos also to the housekeeping team for their quick responses to our requests especially when our daughter was not well one evening. "
