"Great value for money, rooms Were bit cramped I booked twi separate rooms, they gave us room with shared entrance you have passs ine room to get to the other one which was not what I expected."

"Only reason gets one star is due to location, very well situated for St Pancras and King's Cross. Other than that no other good points. Appreciate Georgian building so difficult to do anything about room size, however everything is extremely basic, bed not comfortable for couple, carpets felt grimy so never removed socks. No USB points. Bathroom had awful smell and some form of beetle ran across the floor. We did not feel comfortable using the shower the next morning. Only stayed one night but even with location would never return. Very expensive for an uncomfortable stay."

"Room very small but clean and did the job. Powerful shower, really comfy bed. Was told breakfast was 7.30-10 so we went for breakfast at 8.30/8.45am. There was only 1 hash brown left so my husband asked if some more was going to be brought out and he was told "no, it's finished, it's over". Basically we got told that breakfast was over yet there should be another hour of breakfast left. I had a couple of rashers of bacon, a fried egg, a sausage and some beans because I had to take medication with a meal and everything was cold. My husband decided to just have toast and a cup of tea so we went to go and buy some breakfast from a local pub. The man who greeted us when we arrived/checked in on Thursday was really lovely, friendly and welcoming but we didn't see him again. Other members of staff came across as quite stern and emotionless which is a shame. We were looking forward to a lovely breakfast but we had to go and buy one elsewhere. "
