"Very clean"

"The breakfast was very disappointing. We enjoy all kind of food and we have hard time to enjoy food there. We even skipped our paid breakfast and ate outside. Staff was just okay, not friendly but not rude. The surrounding of the room we stayed was a bit noisy. If you come with little ones, I would not suggest here."

"The room was tiny and not enough for the money paid. No elevators and no air conditioning. Stayed 2 nights ane the first sleep disturbed as someone was on their night walk in the room right above us and the thud noice was so annoying. We had to complaint at the reception in the midnight. Luckily they gave us another room, but this was in 3rd floor with no lift and I had to drag my suitcase all the way up. I would prefer to stay in a hotel rather than these studios"

"Good location "

"Room is small with limited space around the bed, some people may struggle with space between bed and radiator. Sink in the bedroom rather than bathroom obviously due to the space an available. Didn’t eat there but had a night cap, bar operated by reception staff, which is quite nice to end evening. Just 5 minute walk to St. Pancras railway station, plenty of places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay again the night before getting Eurostar train. "

"On arrival we were early only wanted to drop off our luggage but the staff said she would check if the room is ready which it was and also an an upgrade. The room was clean and the toiletries were of a good quality. I do tend to bring my own but was happy to use the products provided."
