"More travel lodge than Pullman. Carpets are dirty, window s haven’t been cleaned in years seeing and the quality of the rooms generally are atrocious. I paid £300 to stay here and would honestly say it’s the worst quality of room I’ve seen at this price point or even lower. There are much better options. Positives: location and the lobby area. "

"I needed a London hotel room that was available for two nights, affordable, comfortable, in reasonable walking distance of London sites I wanted to see, easy to get morning coffee and breakfast from, and a very close walking distance from Euston Station (so that I could easily catch a train from there after checking out). Four Points Flex met all of these expectations admirably. My room was very compact, but laid out in such an intelligently efficient way that I could not only sleep and shower comfortably in it, but I could stow my luggage (in a compartment under my bed) and do hours of serious work on my laptop (by using the breakfast-in-bed board provided in the room as a solid lap desk for my laptop and its mouse, fitting very comfortably on my lap with its cushioned underside, and with the bed itself turning into a quite comfortable work chair. The staff were uniformly friendly and quick to meet requests. The room itself and its surrounding in the hotel were scrupulously clean and well-kept. All in all, an excellent and affordable work and rest base for a traveler on a job-related trip."

"Great rooms. Can be a little noisy. Pool is a public fitness center. Good pool but have to carry all the amenities to the fitness center such as towel, soap etc. Good addition to enable fitness facility. "
