The hotel was located close to King’s Cross St. Pancras station which made it easy to get to from the Heathrow airport and to leave on the Eurostar. The staff were very friendly and attentive to any issues we had.

Bed comfortable. Location is ideal for access to train, underground, and dining! If you stay in London and are flying out of Heathrow, do not bother with a rental, you will not need it! They also charge by the day to have it there!

Wonderful staff. Was upgraded to the 4 star portion of the hotel (vs 3 star room) by the staff (because it was a heat wave and no air conditioner available in the room we booked) so review is for their sister property. The hotel has both 3 star and 4 star wings/rooms and I would definitely recommend booking the 4 star rooms over the 3 star rooms (there’s a huge difference). The 4 star rooms are newly renovated, modern and clean. Staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Location right by Eurostar terminal for our early departure. Highly recommend their 4 star sister property (the suites).

We had an amazing stay! The room was lovely and it was just around the corner from king’s cross - which made getting around London super easy. It’s the perfect area too as it has lots of restaurants/pubs/places to eat around it, all within walking distance. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed here longer. We will definitely be back!!
