Close and convenient to the local tube station. The staff is nice but the overall facility lacks amenities The pool is too small for the size of the hotel. The “adult” pool time is 2 hours in the am and 2 hours in the pm. Other than that which most use for workout time the pool area is not relaxing at all The restaurant is what it is. Not that spectacular The on-site coffee shop was nice and the barista knew our order after the 1st day I do wish that we could pick & choose the breakfast as $16 per person is a lot for picky eaters or those that just want coffee!!

New and clean. The greeter is helpful. We forgot to bring any umbrella to London. She noticed that and lent us one which was very useful on that day.
