"The cottage is wonderful for getting away from it all. Comfy bed, wifi, brilliant host, a varied selection of wildlife and animals! The location is really off the beaten track, the last road to the parking is very narrow with tight bends. We walked down the ancient path to the medieval bridge a couple of times, steep but great views. Very peaceful place, thoroughly recommended."

"Cabins are great, everything is clean and beds where fine. Swimming pool is a little too warm and the pool surface is basicly stones that gave the kids open wounds. The restaurant didnt sell anything but chips. "

"When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. The switch in location also caused headaches for a taxi pick-up to the airport that had already been arranged for the...

"This stay was idyllic and everything that was promised. Privacy, serenity and beautiful surroundings. Loads to do in the area and off the beaten track enough to have a sanctuary from tourism. Susan was the hostess with the mostess. Always there for suggestions, but never intruding. Her family are quintessential Italian and we loved hearing her grandchildren calling each other across the garden, hearing the neigh of the horses and next doors donkey in the distance. "We stayed here with our family as a large group of 8 adults and 1 infant. The layout of the house worked great, each couple had their own room (even our daughter) and their own bathroom! Our daughter loved the pool and the property had everything we needed. The location was great, our group took day trips to explore Siena, Florence, and wine country. The winery on the property was also fantastic! A great place to say and I highly recommend it!"
