"This property originally caught our eye because it looked so clean in the photos. On arrival the property was sparklingly clean and well equipped. The outside shower and kitchen were an added bonus. Our host was very thoughtful thinking of all the small things to make our stay comfortable. A lovely stay enjoyed by all."

"Majestic views, stunning sunsets and easy access to the town of Zambrone, Tropes and Pizzo. This home is lovely modern with a fine, workable kitchen, tiled bathrooms and comfortable rooms. With a large community pool (shared by a few homes) and lots of lounge chairs, we enjoyed sitting outside where bright flowers and tasteful landscaping dotted the perimeter of the property. It was spotlessly clean and check in easy."

"We were 9 and had a great week at this villa. The pool area and pool house is where we hung out most of the time. Close to many beaches and Tropea. I would recommend for a large group that wants to relax and enjoy the Calabria weather by the pool. The communication with Francesca and Mimmo was great, very responsive when we called."

"The hot water in the shower did not work for most of our stay, the issue was flagged multiple times but only resolved on the last day. One of the days we had to boil water to shower as hot water was not working at all. A somewhat adequate compensation was initially offered but later he changed the terms, saying extra charges for linen and towels "were being waived" and that was part of our compensation, however, at the time of booking and writing this review there is no mention of said charges...

"Our stay here was great! The hosts were kind and welcoming and the property was beautiful! This property was able to accommodate our group of 13 and we are all still raving about the views and the pool! San Lucido was not far away and had nice grocery stores and gelaterias. Great spot to vacation!"
