"The room was beautiful, very clean with cleaning service every day. Very friendly staff, nice amenities that were environmentally friendly. The views were stunning. Great restaurant next door. Small quaint village with easy accesss to the trails. "

"Great breakfast assortment, staff were great, views were beautiful. Have to shuttle down the mountain to get to town, many times there were guests left as shuttle filled up, therefore they had to wait an hour for it to come back. This is the only negative about the hotel. Overall very nice stay. "

Stunning views of colorful properties and the sea. A short walk from the Manarola train station. We didn’t want to leave! "

"2 storey suite with terrace. Lovely view of harbour but not a sunset view. It had a full kitchen, large bed and great bathroom. Only thing that would have been good to have was luggage racks as there was no place but the floor to put luggage. If you cannot do a lot of stairs this is not the place to stay as it had many and they are steep but once you got used to them it was ok"

"La ubicacion está espectacular, el cuarto tiene una vista bellisima pero tuvimos muchos problemas: 1) el edificio está en remodelacion y la entrada está llena de materal tipo cemento, cables electricos, azulejos; no nos avisaron que el edificio estaba en remodelacion y tampoco nos avisaron que los obreros empezaban a trabajar a las 8:30 am, colocandose en andamios frente a la terraza del cuarto; muy desagradable… 2) un dia la persona encargada de la limpieza dejó las llaves de nuestro cuarto en la cerradura con la posibilidad que alguien ajrno se pudiera meter al cuarto; 3) al dia siguiente la persona encargada de la limpieza no fue a limpiar el cuarto y nunca nos avisaron. Lo descubrimos llegando a la habitación a las 5:00 pm; 4) no existe recepcion en el hotel y toda la comunicacion se realiza via Whatsapp; no pudieron encontrar solucion al tema de la limpieza. Considero que sea necesario revisar los procesos de atencion a los huespedes porqué realmente la atencion fue muy deficitaria"
