"Stay away! Arrived at the house and it looks absolutely terrible from the outside, the area is far from everything and the information provided on the site is not correct. Owner did not speak English and communication was almost impossible. The apartment is smaller than stated and lacks hot water. Had booked 2 nights, but only stayed one. Was supposed to get a refund for one night, but the owner neither opens nor responds to messages, as expected we have not received any money in refund....

"The apartment was very cozy and spacious for 3 of us. We had everything we needed in the kitchen- oven, microwave and even a toaster. A big-big plus was an underground parking. The only minus was a little far from railway station (30 minutes walk), but there is a bus stop near the apartment. Armando was a really helpful and pleasant host to communicate with. "

"Nice apartment about 15-20 minute walk from the train station. The property is clean and well maintained. We were there during a busy weekend with lots of stuff going on in the local town which was nice to experience the culture. Elisa was very welcoming and helpful with all her recommendations. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment, which was well appointed, nicely decorated, and convenient to the train station and ferry dock. It is also right on a pedestrian mall with tons of shopping and food options. Alessandra was wonderful, and we hope to return to La Spezia!"

"What a wonderful place. Our family of 5 had both apartments and everyone had a bedroom. These apartments are newly remodeled and super clean as well as functional. The location is a 5 min walk to the main station in La Spezia and literally right next to the town square. There is a walking only street filled with shops and restaurants (some of the best pizza you will ever have). The hosts were amazing and super helpful.
