"We booked the appartement with the terrasse two months before but we got another one without. Apparently they overbooked the place. Clean place, confortable bed, hot water, minimal stuff for cooking is present. There is a Chadraui superstore at walking distance where you can take the bus for downtown. Bring your ear plugs as the place is noisy."

"The place is super laid back, just get there around check in plus/minus hour or so and the groundskeeper will show you to your room. Easiest check in and out, we just left the key on the table. Ice cold ac. Pool was nice. Beautiful beach, especially at night. Mayan monkey next door shuts off their loud music around 10 which was perfect. Kitchen was great, made breakfast tacos one morning. Went there with my 13 year old son, spent 4 nights, definitely coming back."

"The Mint is in a perfect location for walking distance to the main strip and even to North Beach area. The pool is relaxinf, with the waves crashing right by you. Joshua, the staff who checked us in, was very accommodating. After our 3rd night, our room had AC troubles and they graciously moved us to another room for our remaining two nights. We would stay here again!"
