"Rooms were tidy, staff were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Pet friendly rooms. Air conditioning. Easy to get to Newcastle and close to shopping center. Spa bath was broken and staff moved us into another spa room. Renovations and construction at the premises while we were there, noise and sight did not affect our stay. Parking can be an issue."

"Just a bit dirty, the bathroom still had some of the previous guests shampoo and soap. Otherwise the window in the bathroom doesn’t close all the way so there was loads of bugs in the bathroom. The staff were very present and welcoming."

Loved the ‘person less’ property. This won’t be for all but worked for this introvert! It was simple to access the building and I felt very secure. I had a question prior to check in so I rang the number and was helped efficiently and warmly. Apartment absolutely spotless, quiet location. Basic toiletries so BYO if you care about that (I do). I’ll stay again.

We arrived earlier to the hotel than expected and the staff were so accommodating, informing us that our room was ready and that they also wanted to give us an upgraded room. The management and staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful especially when we had a small issue with the hot water in our room. Great price, real value for money, we would not hesitate to return again.

Very convenient, basically across the road from train station/light rail. Room simply but neatly designed and calming colour scheme. Very comfortable quality bed and pillow options.
Stay deal had breakfast was great value and breakfast fresh tasty with all the essentials.
TV probably a little smaller than average these days in other modern hotels but no biggie in scheme of things.
Greatly appreciated the bathroom products being vegan and lovely scent, but shower body wash was not checked for...

Big room and very quiet. Plenty of space for the Portacot which we brought with us. Bed was firm but comfortable. Water was nice and hot in the shower but had to keep the bathroom door shut as there was a warning of a $1000 fine if the smoke alarm went off because of the steam! Microwave, kettle, small fridge and tea towel in the room were very convenient. Long life milk, tea and instant coffee provided in the room. Very good value for money. Easy checkin process online with text message sent...

Booked at last minute as friend I was supposed to stay with got covid. Large busy pub with lots of diners on a Saturday night. Most tables booked. Dinner menu was good, I enjoyed a lamb shank with mash and gravy.
Check in is signed at the bar. The rooms are at the back with card key access. It was very quiet even though I was next to the car park on the ground floor. Room was modern and clean. TV has access to apps like netflix so can use own login. Would stay again

Stayed in this motel for one night, was pleasently surprised by the size of the room. The bed was one of the more comfortable beds that we have had to sleep in usually motel beds are not so good. The location from the city is great, motel staff were very friendly and helpfull. Overall I would totally recommend this motel to all.For overall value for money this motel ticked most boxes.

Lovely apartment. King bed was great & very comfortable. Lovely modern kitchen with all utensils. If I had to be picky, the only thing I would say is Garage is very small, if you had a large car you wouldnt be able to open your doors. Other than that it was great.
