The staff here on the weekend were frankly, incompetent. Firstly the check in process was tedious with them refusing to accept a digital credit card via phone for deposit. That was only the beginning of the fun. We had a 1 bedroom suite. This was advertised as being able to sleep 4. Unfortunately this included a pull out sofa. The sofa was completely useless with no cross beams or springs in it. If you were to try and sleep in it, you would simply fall through. I raised this with reception. She simply told me well have to get maintenance to look at this but they don't work weekends. When i pointed out this was not a solution she said she would have to raise with her manager who would be back in the morning. I reiterated i had nowhere to sleep. She said so what do you want. I said change our room so i can have a bed. Again with needing to run this past the manager. When i got frustrated she finally gave in. She asked us to move rooms. So i picked up all my things and started moving my 7 yo and 3 yo. Then she came back and said no need to move as the Tim next to us was free. So again, grabbed all my things and moved back to our room which she opened an adjoining room. In the morning when checking out, the staff member suggested i pay for an additional room despite being given a room without a functional bed! You'd think that was a basic requirement of a hotel. I almost blew a fuse. Anyway my advice to you is NEVER book a room at this hotel. Never. Ever. Ever. Never
