What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Lucy from the Travel Desk, who was extremely helpful and organised our tours to Ha Long Bay, including the cruise, the Hanoi city tour, and Ninh Binh. Everything was arranged smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent service, great facilities, and a fantastic location in Hanoi!"

"This is a really good hotel, if you are looking for somewhere central and In The old town then you can't get much better. The staff are really helpful and their English was so good. Obviously given the location you are limited with the room size and amenities but the roof top bar is really good and the pool was ok. Would definitely come back again!"
