"Great Hotel with walkable to many restaurants and shops Excellent services from all staffs, especially Mia Truong went above and beyond. Overall great location in the heart of Pho Co. "
"The hotel was very comfortable, the hotel manager was a life saver for us, when it comes to book all our tour through out the whole Vietnam! Glad we choose this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!"
"Great location for exploring Hanoi.
Property was good value for money but if I was returning I would spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.
Breakfast was ok, some food looked like it had been out for several days and there was no one around to order cooked food from"
"Great hotel at the best location. Walking distance to a lot of sites and food places. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. If ever I come back to Hanoi again, I will definitely book this place again. "

"Hotel was great! Oasis in the middle of a very bustling, crazy and tough city! Room was great, pool was good. But all in the city so everything was a bit small (I'm 6"4 and was with my family...maybe we were too big : )... Really liked Sophie, she saw to all of our needs, but all of the staff were great and keen to help!"
"We came as two families, we were very pleased with the hotel. The friendly service, cleanliness and helpfulness were top notch. If I come again, I will definitely stay in this hotel. The breakfast was also good. Thank you very much for everything."
"This was our first visit too Vietnam and Hanoi - hopefully with many more to come!!! The entire staff at Le Chanvre were welcoming, friendly, helpful and supportive throughout our stay ( special shout out to Andrew and Helena - awesome people!!). The hotel is in a great location, has all amenities for a great stay ( breakfast options were delicious as was dinner). Terrific options for food, drink and shopping nearby. "
"What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage.
Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel, we will be back to stay again. "
"My family of four stayed at La Nueva for four nights. The staff was extremely hospitable in all aspects. Their concierge, Jimmy, coordinated with me weeks in advance and helped to plan great trips to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh and our eventual departure to Hue. He also helped to arrange a private driver and cruise to a much less crowded section of Ha Long. It all worked out perfectly.
I really can't say enough about La Nueva's staff. The hotel served as a comfortable home base for seeing the northern part of Vietnam."
