The spa was fantastic and so relaxing, and the bellboys were always helpful and welcoming with a smile. From beginning to end, every detail was wonderful. We truly felt cared for and welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

I keep returning to this hotel as they are so helpful and they arranged for a colleague Thurong to help me get my suitcase back from a different hotel in Hanoi. I carry a lot of luggage too but nothing is an issue. The whole staff are so kind, thoughtful and helpful. The amenities are great. I will continue to return to this hotel. Due to their service, the location and how efficient they are."
