They even allowed me to check in early. Both of them made my time there totally enjoyable. Aiden also coached me on full day activities. I only wish I’ll have an experience like this property while in Vietnam, but I don’t think so."

"The Oriental Jade is a beautiful boutique hotel. While we there only one night, our experience was quite memorable. We checked in late and headed to the rooftop bar for a late night snack and a nightcap. The views of Hanoi and the lake were amazing. The grilled chicken skewers were very tasty and the cocktails were too. We needed to leave early morning so the staff made arrangements for us to get early access (15 minutes) for breakfast. Due to a scheduling snafu with a tour operator, we were not able to be picked up at the hotel and told to walk 5 minutes with our heavy luggage to a meeting point. Harry, the bellman, insisted that he help us and walked our large suitcases and us to the meeting point which was about 600 meters away. That is service!! Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time there, so we will definitely book at this hotel on our next visit to Hanoi."
