"The hotel is fine for a short stay of one or two nights. It’s comfortable and conveniently located, with easy access to supermarkets and places of interest. However, the cleanliness needs improvement — we found several cockroaches in the room, which was disappointing."

"The staff here made our stay so lovely, they went above and beyond for us. There was plenty of parking, a great bbq area and a playground for the kids. "

"I arrived obviously at a busy time. 4 waiting to check in when I arrived and four more after me. One staff member doing check ins and was having technical difficulties with equipment. He really did his best not his fault but why was he on his own at a busy time. Surely the hotel knows its peak hours and should staff accordingly. Hotel itself feels grubby and tired. Drained chairs by lifts etc. Restaurant and bar staff in particular excellent. "
