The only thing that frustrate me at first was the room, not situated where I can see the plane take off and land, that was the reason why I booked this place but anyway , all my frustrations was paid off with all the accessibility and the easiness of everything in this place . "Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"The room was small as expected. However the air conditioning was right above your bed and keep blowing cold air into your face. We try to turn the fan down but doesn’t work. We end up has to turn the unit off. Location was great, walkable to shopping district and close to metro. Staff was very helpful and polite. The hot spring bath was very nice bonus. "
