"Pools are great and several options. Food was good , yet at least 2 restaurants were closed at lunch time leaving us only one option. Kid friendly, staff friendly. No beach in my opinion . "

Overall, it was a perfect vacation experience, and we would highly recommend Royalton Riviera Cancun to anyone visiting Cancun. Just need to improve Check-in and Check-out process. "Staff was amazing like ABSOLUTELY amazing , food was amazing in every restaurant, so many activities to do. The only thing me and my gf didn’t like so much was the fact that we had to ask them multiple times to clean our room and give us extra towels, slippers, water, or change the bed sheets. Otherwise, everything was so perfect especially the restaurants and the buffet ( it had a lot of variety of foods and very clean)"
