"My stay here was a good experience, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They offered a kettle and tea options plus snacks in the lobby area. The train station was easily accessible, we booked because it was right across the street from the Eurostar train station. There are restaurants and mini marts close to the hotel which made our trip smoother. "

"The lobby is very nice and the staff very nice and helpful. We sat down for a late lunch and the service was not good had to get up twice to ask for help. The room was clean and cleaning staff was helpful. The room is very small, has a tiny closet and no drawers to place any items so for us who stayed for nine days, we were jumping over our luggage, which was inconvenient. The bathroom does not have an electric plug so you have to dry your hair in the bedroom, there is only one towel holder, the tub is very high so for older people could be dangerous to get in and out of and there is very little space to put your toiletries."
