"Our family of 8 + 4yr old grandson and our pet dog and a cat. Entrance was not clean cobwebs near the door. Inside looked good but only the living had a AC, out of 4 rooms 1room didn't have a fan and it was 39 digree day . It was like a boiling oven , Windows in the rooms and Toilet was very old we were scared to open thinking it will fall.
