"Wouldnt stay there again..very noisy hotel..kids running in hallways till 2am doors slamming every minute! Got very little sleep for the 2 days stay! Breakfast was okay.will do better research next time in Banff!"

"The hot tubs were excellent. Not as overcrowded or overrun with kids nor were there any poorly behaved young adults as per my experiences at other hotels. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was far less than what either of us expected. However, the low water pressure in the shower would not stop us from staying at the Moose again in the future."

"This is our second stay straddling a ski trip and I had a very positive experience. Firstly, due to my own mistake I booked Thursday instead of Wednesday, but the front desk staff (sorry I didn't catch the name, she would have been there Wednesday April 29th around 9pm) was very accommodating in finding me a last minute room, and also helped find a room that better suits my sleeping difficulties (further from frequent traffic). I'm very grateful and had a great stay. The room was nicely cleaned and spacious. Sleep quality was excellent. The free breakfast was also a nice surprise in this resort area."

"Some lights weren’t working and the bathroom towel rack is located behind the bathroom door which is awkward to get to. Walls were thin so you can hear people next door. "
