The hotel is large but very well set out, you definitely don’t feel crowded. A seperate children’s pool area is great. Bikes to use which include baby/toddler seats. Great bike/walking path winds along the beach, The beach is very clean and you can enjoy a swim. There are lounges underneath the beautiful trees, a perfect way to relax. No Spa on site but can highly recommend The Nest - a relaxing 10 minute walk along the beach path. Definitely need to book a couple of days in advance as very busy, The rooms are a little dated but they were clean and had high quality linen/towels, daily fresh bottled water. Breakfast was buffet style and offered a great variety of options. Excellent pancakes and omelettes made to order. Food was always fresh and great quality. We had requested adjoining rooms as I was travelling with a friend who used a wheelchair and did require some assistance. I had requested this at time of booking and with follow up requests. Unfortunately we did not receive adjoining rooms. Even having rooms next to each other still made it quite difficult. We made it work but it did add some extra stresses to our holiday. A note for anyone using a wheelchair in Bali - always gone down backwards as there ramps are definitely not well designed. Overall I would definitely recommend the Prama - lovely staff, great location, super comfy beds, excellent breakfast Definitely highly recommend this hotel.

We upgraded our room to a ground floor interconnecting room as the family room was pretty run down. So glad we did and it had 3 toilets in total. We love the pool as it’s less busy and has well shaded parts. The resort also offered one of the best detox lymphatic massages I’ve had. It was a well balanced treatment with a mix of lymph drainage and gentle Balinese massage.

The space is nice. Seems like at one time it was a really nice place but lacks maintenance and the place could have been cleaner better. The glassware needed to be rewashed before using and there was a plate with ants on it in the kitchen at check in. The TVs are old and don’t allow you to connect to netflix. The movie screen seemed great but didn’t actually function. Overall the space as lots of potential but needs to be managed better. With some TLC it could be a great option.

The staff were extremely welcoming and ensured that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Everything was top tier and I will definitely be coming back again.
