Incredible service and amazing staff! From housekeeping, to warm greetings in the morning at breakky, everyone was so accomodating and welcoming. The room was always pristine cleaned, the pool and waterslides were awesome! Well kept facilities and the kids club was also amazing! I can’t wait to come back! Thank you to all the wonderful kind staff at the Bali Mandira, you made our first trip to Bali one to remember ☺️

Alaya is an amazing place to stay and very convenient. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. We are vegan and they accommodated our requests. Very nice spa services as well. Get the balinese massage. From check in to check out the whole time we felt very cared for. Very convenient location to walk to places.

We had a simply wonderful experience at Ayung Resort. We stayed for almost two weeks, and every day was perfect. The resort itself is idyllic, the services were exceptional. But what we loved most were the people. The people in every single department were so lovely, it made our entire journey feel like we were a place that we belonged. The hotel was great, very clean, pool area great. Perfect location. staff very helpful. The only complain is the basic rooms are very noisy of a night. Music could be heard from one of the bars. Best to stay in one of the bungalows
