Great location with great service

Very professional staff. Staff members are outside ready to help you load or unload your baggage. Easy check-in process. I asked for a slightly later checkout and it was granted. The location is also pretty good and relatively easy to get to tourist destinations. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent standards, good price

In comparison to other hotels in the area, I would say the Millennium is the best. Early check in, an upgrade, and great service. Room was outstanding too. The clubhouse staff Gilang was very helpful in ensuring I had what I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for both business or leisure.

Great staff makes for an excellent experience

While this hotel is dated, it is in good condition. The food is good. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are fantastic. The consistently exceed expectations and make the stay here very pleasant. I have stayed here at least 5 times now; I keep coming back because of how the staff makes me feel. The location is also excellent.

Plan to stay only for 3 nights. However, the staffs hospitality win my hearts and continue another 2 more days. Convenient location to train station and malls.

It was my third time staying at this hotel when I went to Jakarta. I like the interior designs, especially the bathroom. If you use Gambir station for your transportation, this hotel is located about 10 min by car from the station. All staff welcome you and tries their best to make sure my stay is comfortable. I will definitely go back to this hotel again when I go to Jakarta next time
