"I had a great stay at Hotel Burbank. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I really appreciated and it made my stay even better. The room was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. The only small thing to note is that housekeeping is by request and you need to be present while the room is cleaned, which was a little inconvenient for me. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay and would consider staying here again."

One of the best parts was the convenient shuttle service that takes you back and forth between the hotel and the park, it made everything so easy and stress-free. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. You can really feel how organized and attentive they are everything runs smoothly and on time, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back again whenever I visit Universal Studios!"
