The big power outage in Spain and Portugal happened whilst we were there and we were very grateful to Claudia as she came to check up on us and made sure we were ok. "The property was tired and needed modernisation. The dining table chairs were all cracked. There was insufficient hot water for showers. The light switches operated randomly. Three electric radiators were connected through a single extension cable. There was no microwave, kettle or toaster. The sofa was stained on the back and generally worn out. The TV was positioned such that it was impossible to view from the sofa. The neighbours were horrible and embarked on low level intimidation. I suspect...
