"We are group of seven 56 year old friends who go abroad every year . The property was as described and very clean ..we particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace . The host ( Lucia ) was superb… meeting the first party to check in .The deposit was returned after the holiday promptly.We scored the property full marks but the location was about 50 minutes walk from the ‘old’ town so on location we scored it 4/5 .Loved Palma and will return !!"

"The house was beautiful! The garden was well kept and we were given everything we needed. The only complaint I had was the ants. They somehow got on to the bed and we couldn't sleep properly. Also, there is no Air-conditioning, but the host provided portable fans that were kind of useful. The kitchen has everything you need and the backyard is great to chill. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance and cafes. I would recommend staying here if you want to have a relaxed/ outgoing...

"Pros: Unkomplizierter Check in und out. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben vorhanden. Kaution wurde nach dem Urlaub innerhalb kürzester Zeit zurückgezahlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Da etwas außerhalb ist ein Mietauto unbedingt erforderlich, was aber kein Problem für uns war."
