"Very beautiful property and location. Everything was very clean. Host was friendly and communicated very well and promptly with us."

"There is construction pretty close to the property, but it didn’t seem to get too loud. This wouldn’t be good for toddlers, as there are 5 flights of stairs. However, the elevator worked very well. We enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with hot water one morning and the management company responded immediately."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aresti! It was the perfect base to begin our month long exploration of Spain. Lots of space for a family (or 2). Perfect location for beach access and it was nice to have outdoor space as well. One of the only non-apartment stays we saw in the whole City, which is what we were after. "A clean and comfortable apartment a short walk from the Playa de Gros and about a mile walk to the Old Town. It is great to stay in a non-tourist neighborhood with small cafes and groceries nearby. The only thing to be aware of is the front staff is only on site in the morning and late afternoon."
