"Our family spent two weeks at Teresa's villa. She is helpful and welcoming. We feel very relaxed and comfortable in her house. Regarding the village, Sant Pol de Mar is one of the few villages between Barcelona and Costa Brava that has maintained its scenic and historic character despite being close to Barcelona. "Pros: The house had everything we needed and more, with all the facilities as shown in the pictures and plenty of space inside and outside. Was very clean and tidy on arrival. Marcelo the host was great, easy communication before arriving, friendly, helpful during the stay with recommendations of places to eat, taxis etc and flexible with check out times. Cons: Nothing wrong in regards to the villa, but no local shop so need to plan trips ahead for food/drink. Didn’t cause us any problems...

"Pas le meilleur rapport qualité prix. Il est important de noter que l'appartement est situé dans la maison du propriétaire avec tous les problèmes de promiscuité qui vont avec. La climatisation n'est pas accessible sans autorisation et en supplément du prix initial. De manière générale, les pièces sont humides. Concernant la piscine, elle est située dans le jardin du proprietaire, donc partagée, et l'eau était visqueuse. Le prix parait donc excessif par rapport à la qualité de la prestation...
