"What a great hotel right in the heart of Granada. Although location is in a ‘pedestrian only’ zone, the convenience of a short walking distance to the cathedral and restaurants can’t be beat. I must mention the staff who are just wonderful! —helped us book the flamenco show last minute and recommend some great restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is beautiful and modern, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Granada and the Alhambra (10mins. taxi ride). "

"It was an amazing stay at Palacio de Santa Inés. My wife and I had booked a fraudulent Verbo and were able to make a reservation at the Palacio De Santa Ines that same day. all the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable both in regards to space and the beds. The bathroom and the entire room were very clean and there was plenty of hot water. We would definitely stay at the Palacio De Santa Ines again when we are back in Granada. Thank you so much."
