"Kathy at the front desk was so helpful while our time in Granada. She assisted us with getting to our tour, arranging taxis, and allowed us this check in early."

"Very nice hotel very close to the Alhambra. There are several restaurants close to the hotel or it's a 15 minute walk to the city center. The walk to town is through a shady walkway without traffic, so it's a very nice walk (although the walk back up the hill is more challenging than going down!) We enjoyed a couple of hours by the pool, although there are only two umbrellas so one day we couldn't go unless we wanted to sit in full sun. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"I cannot say enough good things about the front desk team here—Marcos genuinely turned what could have been a travel disaster into a masterclass in hospitality. When my luggage failed to arrive on my flight to Granada, I showed up empty-handed and completely stressed out. Instead of just offering standard polite condolences, the front desk staff went entirely above and beyond. Marcos called the airport handling agents directly the next day and helped me track down the status of my luggage which finally arrived the second day I stayed in the hotel. His warm, cordial attitude made me feel supported and reassured the luggage will arrive before I leave. Easily the most cordial, helpful, and genuinely caring team I have ever encountered. Absolutely the best ever!"

8/10 Good
"Property was very nice. Cafeteria buffet for breakfast was good. Coffee was from instant machines and was terrible. Also disappointed that no bottled water was provided in the room. when I asked, the front desk told me the tap water in the room was fine. It was not, it was chlorinated. Tasted terrible. And getting ice delivered to the room was a €5 charge. Once you get past that, the overall experience is good."
