We had a great experience staying here! Be sure to follow the hotel's parking instructions—it was easy and convenient. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful in giving us recommendations for places to dine, walk, and explore around the city. Our room had an incredible view of the Alhambra, though future guests should note that it's stairs only, with no elevator. Breakfast was a typical, satisfying buffet with a solid variety of eggs, breads, cereals, juices, fruit, meats, and cheeses. Highly recommend!

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right in the middle of the World Heritage area and therefore easy to walk to everything of interest. It is an old building which has its maintenance challenges and accommodation quirks (no external windows on some rooms as it’s built like a riad). Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The welcome wine was a nice touch.

The staff all were fantastic. Very quick responses to all correspondence. When we arrived check in was smooth, and, they also were able to provide us with excellent gluten free restaurant recommendations. The building was exactly like it is shown in their photos. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful staff. Overall great location. Be warned that you get dropped off a few steps off the hotel and you need to climb stairs and the hotel itself needs climbing since no elevator/lift. This might be important to know for some. The breakfast was good and on our early departure day the front desk staff kindly offered packed meal in lieu of breakfast. Some furniture looked tired and need cleaning/replacing especially in lobby and patio. Some tlc can take the hotel to the next level. The small touches in the room were wonderful-slippers, comb, vanity kit just to name a few.

This hotel has old-world style but with modern conveniences. Be sure to get a TAXI to get there. Don't use a rideshare App, as our Uber driver upon arrival didn't have permission / didn't want to drive into the UNESCO restricted streets, making our arrival a bit more of a chore than it needed to be. Taxi drivers do know how to service the hotel properly. RideShare drivers may not. The hotel itself was great with a good room layout, charming facilities, and a convenient location to the city center. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, albeit in a somewhat small room. If the hotel was fully booked or many guests decided to have their meal at the same time this may have been problematic, but for our stay it was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
