Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y se nota que las instalaciones son nuevas y están muy bien mantenidas. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid."

"There was no AC or Heat. The apartment was comfortable.There was no Wi-Fi available and it was not an optional offering. Cell service was poor inside the building so there is an issue if you are trying to do work, especially webinars or Zoom-type calls.The host was very accommodating and easy to work with.The location is literally right above two restaurants on the walkway along the beach."

"Really enjoyed this stay. Hostess wonderful, apartment with all needed plus more, great view of the beautiful Malpica flat white sandy beach. Locals warm and really enjoy their town and restaurant/bars and beach/surf. "

"It was difficult getting hold of host re access, had to leave and come back. Apartment very outdated.Amenities noted washing machine but it’s actually the laundromat downstairs outside. No air con so extremely stuffy unable to open windows due to street noise. Has one long pillow on bed impossible to share and very uncomfortable. "

"Great apartment right next to the pedestrian walkway. Anna was so helpful with check in. Beds were comfy and the place was spotless. Would highly recommend. "

"We stayed in December, off season. Most of the stores and restaurants were closed, but the grocery stores were open. The property was clean and spacious. The frying pans and spatula need to be replaced, otherwise all in the kitchen was good. The rooms were quite cold when we arrived; the heaters on the ceiling worked ok. There is limited hot water for showers and dishes, and weak water pressure in the shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a soft mattress - I loved it, my husband did...

"Perfect location Host was greeting us when we arrived and showed us the apartment. Very spacious and comfortable and everything was immaculate. I will definitely recommend we were six adults and two kids, and we were very comfortable with the apartment."
