The hotel was located in a nice quiet spot only a short walk from the Underground and several small supermarkets. The rooms were spacious and much more affordable than those in the city, and it was only 15 minute train trip to all the key sites. There were a few really nice local pubs without all the touristy vibes as well. The staff were very helpful and always friendly throughout my stay. The on site free laundry was also really useful, but be warned it can get busy in the evenings. The...

Great design, beautiful views of London from top floor. The cosy room was small but well appointed. Excellent sound proofing. A more comprehensive mini bar and coffee machine in room would have been a plus. Nice shower and good size, clean bathroom. Room service food very good and the breakfast was excellent, although a little expensive. Service was great, we enjoyed our stay.

Reception staff are awesome, the whole hotel feels like returning home. Love the pantry downstairs. This was a lovely touch. It was our honeymoon and the nice little bottle of wine and chocolates surprise in the room was fantastic and so special to us. We loved so much that we booked for the last night after a quick overnight tour.
