"Great hotel, beds were comfortable but we called housekeeping multiple times and there was no answer until we called the front desk because our room only came with half a used toilet paper. We had to wait for hours. Then we tried calling room service and there was no answer either. Overall the rooms were great but the service could’ve been better. Location is a 10/10 though so that makes up for a lot in the end."

"Very good location close to Farringdon station, lots of good pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was quite compact (especially when the bed is lowered down for sleep), but clean, modern, and with all of the necessary amenities (except for a kettle, which I personally would have liked). Staff were helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location and all you need in the room. Rooms are tiny but a double was perfectly adequate for me for three days on a solo trip. My blind was broken, which was a pain as restricted sunlight, but not the end of the world! Would definitely come back for the location and simplicity. "

"I was a little disappointed in our stay. The hotel and room was very tired and in need of an update. In the morning the windows were running with condensation. The windows let an awful lot of noice through and I was awake for the 3 nights listening to the roar of traffic. The restaurants attached to the hotel were very expensive and not of the best quality. I’d recommend finding somewhere else to eat. On the day of leaving we were in a rush and needed a taxi. They said to just wait out in the forecourt ans taxis arrived every few minutes and they wouldn’t specifically call a cab. After a 15 min wait we left, turned onto the road and flagged one down immediately. Very underwhelming experience. It was ok at best."

"Air conditioning was poor. It stopped from time to time by itself, causing the room to be very hot for sleep at night. There is no ventilation in the bathroom or the main room, causing the smell in the room very stiff and stale. No cellphone signal in the room, barely in the lobby either. Free internet is very slow, as they ask for additional payment for faster internet. Staff was helpful when coordinating breakfast issues."
