This hotel is pretty much heaven on earth! Loved every second I was there! The only downside was that I had to go home.

Lovely place to stay. We stayed in a Bungalow for 7 day s and loved every minute. Quiet and private accomodation. The staff were outstanding. They could not help us enough. They made tour bookings, transport bookings, recommended eateries and if they couldn't help us they asked one of their extended family to step in. It was fantastic. It was overall a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend it and we will be back.

Stayed in Villa Ayana. Clean and modern - but they are relatively new villas. I do hope they keep them maintained. Has everything you need. Water pressure was a little alarming at first but it just takes a while before the pressure kicks in. My advice, start the shower and then brush your teeth while you wait. It will seem ok at first and go to a drizzle and then the pressure comes back. Staff are wonderful, helpful and attentive. When our son had a fever and we required a doctor, they contacted...

Excellent

We stayed here with a family of 5. Nice safe and quiet location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just be prepared for a bit of travel time into Ubud. But we walked along the beach and found some amazing little restaurants on the water

We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at Vije. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional and attentive. We cannot speak highly enough about the wonderful team here. The front receptionist in particular was great to have conversations with and she recommended some fantastic local eateries to try. The hospitality staff made sure we were always looked after. The daily breakfast was very generous, and the barista quality coffee was honestly the best we had tried in Bali. We also...

The property was incredible! Not too far from city centre by grab, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. The staff are incredible, they really made you feel so well looked after. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Ubud! Luxury resort!

Fantastic location. Very friendly staff Would definitely stay here again

The friendly hotel manager, Ketut, picked us up from the airport for a very reasonable price and it was so nice to be collected rather than negotiating with taxi drivers! He showed us some nice local spots on the way. The villas are beautifully furnished with everything you need. Great peaceful location set back from the busy main street but still close to everything! The pool was idyllic and shared with the other 3 villas. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and served at your villa....

Awsome helpful staff

We only stayed one night as we were heading across to Nusa Lembongen but this little gem started our holiday off in the best way! Attentive and friendly staff, our room (family) was beautiful. Our 3 teenage boys slept upstairs and the decor and facilities of the room were top notch. The bathroom was gorgeous! We also made use of the complimentary 15 min massages which were wonderful. We ordered a late lunch and the Nasi goreng was delish and Bintangs icy cold. It is just a lane way from Sanur's...

Ubud Green Resort is a fantastic place to stay just to kick back, relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the resort. The villa was fantastic but the biggest feature were the staff. Helpful, friendly and always able to help.

Smooth check-in. Modern property even that it starting to wear a bit, perfect location and lovely staff

The villa exceeded all our expectations and we felt like royalty staying at this superb villa! Everything was immaculate and clean as a whistle. Dipping into our private pool whenever we felt like it was a memorable experience. The housekeeper was fabulous and it was absolute luxury having our washing done each day. The beds were very comfortable and spacious, and it was difficult to choose between a shower in the bathroom or the outside shower. We will most definitely be back!

This being my first visit to Bali I was impressed the professional but very friendly and caring behaviour of the staff. They paid immediate attention to any request and are up to the customers expectations. I recommend to anyone going to UBUD and learn about Bali history art and culture

We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. We also had an in-villa spa day and a few separate massages during our trip, all of which was reasonably priced and wonderful. Something to note is that the location is...

Friendly staff, quiet atmosphere

My husband and I have just returned home from a beautiful stay at Theanna Eco Villa and Spa. We booked the Aine One Bedroom Pool Villa which was amazing, so spacious, new and modern with a fab plunge pool which we had a floating brekkie in one morning - highly recommend. There's also a main pool and restaurant with excellent food. The staff were so lovely and friendly, and the free shuttles to Old Man's and into Seminyak were a great added touch. We also loved using the free bikes to explore...
