"We had a fantastic stay at Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak. The hotel was perfect for families with kids, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was good for shops and nice beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families"

"My first room A1 had a damp and strange unpleasant smell. I was moved to room A7 the next day for the duration of my 6 night stay. Much better and no odour. Staff were very accommodating and no fuss in the move. Great relaxing pool area. Quiet as off the main street via a somewhat dimmly lit laneway. But overall very good stay. "
