"Fridges in room do not have freezers. We like to make ice and freeze drink bottles? More lounges required for pools. Classes offered for yoga etc are excellent, Nerdi is a wonderful instructor , we enjoyed every one! "

The facilities are very expensive to use “5 star prices” even the spa is 10 times expensive than the all spa’s around the hotel even it is more expensive than spa prices in Australia. I was using laundry and spa around the hotel which was very affordable"

"This was a beautiful property, with clean rooms and beautiful pools . The staff always went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We will defiantly be back. The only little issue was at night it could be noisy from the music playing around the area. But its not a big deal just mentioning it so you can be prepared. 4.9 stars! "

"Amazing experience. We were upgraded and showered with complimentary add ons such as free cocktails in the room and birthday cake. Having a plant based restaurant on site was such a great bonus for my partner who is vegan. I loved that you could order as much food as you liked, a la carte, for breakfast. "We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. The resort has a lively but relaxed energy, with beautifully designed spaces, a huge main pool that runs all the way to the beach, and thoughtful touches everywhere. We stayed in a private villa and loved the spacious layout, swing bed, and plunge pool. It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked inside a bustling beach town. The butler service really elevated the experience. Even though this is a larger property, the team made it feel personal. We didn’t expect that kind of attention at a resort this size, but it was a great surprise. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and professional, especially the receptionist that checked us in (sorry I don't recall the name!) and our butlers, Arya and Pras. The food was excellent, and everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and presented with care. Whether it was a loaded mezze platter poolside or a full meal in the villa, we were consistently impressed. If you’re looking for a balance of style, energy, and comfort in Seminyak, this is a great choice. It’s polished without being stuffy, and you can feel both the design and the hospitality were done with intention."
