Unfortunately lacked enough seats around pool area and my bathroom seemed to have foul smell the whole stay - room was clean big and comfy. View from balcony over pool area was beautiful at night. Staff lovely throughout stay.

Best place to stay for solo trip

Very central and easy to walk to all necessities. Great value Beauty Spa for massage and beauty treatments ask for Sari or Ita . Staff were all so helpful from the front desk to the room attendants. Definitely would stay again

We travelled in a group and it was a great place to stay! Rooms are spacious and super clean. Very nice pool area, great breakfast and easy to walk to places. Plenty of shopping around & beach was right down the road. Would stay here again if i was to go back to Bali.

Nice, big rooms in a new hotel. Very friendly and helpful service. Make sure to request an inside room which is much quieter than the outside rooms facing the street. Easy walk to the beach, dining, and shopping.

Great location

A great location within a hop step and a jump from good restaurants, the beach, shopping & massage places. Could do with some extra lounges around the pool and could improve with bar & snack service around the pool. A bit hit and miss in terms of responding to using the QR code they've got in place. Hot breakfast a bit average in terms of variety. If hot breakfasts aren't a priority for yoy while you are holidaying then there is plenty of other options.

The staff were outstanding. Riri from day 1 greeted us and made sure the entire stay was perfect. The pool staff especially Nurdi, Dwi, Wahyu & Kadek Winadi made our daily pool outing a great experience. Downsides, Spa wasn't open. Liquor License is still being finalised (although beer and wine were available). Breakfast served by the restaurant and bar staff were out of this world. Highly recommend

GOOD WEEK.

Nice hotel overall. Comfortable beds, nice rooms, breakfast OK with wide selection, big pool, very warm for its size. Needs to be cooled for better comfort. Service form bar area quite slow with what seemed a lot of trainees. Need to make their fridges colder for ice cold beer. Tried to educate them. Overall a good week. Nice staff.

Nice hotel, large rooms, good food and service. Down side bathroom is extremely dark and there are no mirrors outside the bathroom. Staff did not advise of amenities on arrival did not know they had a spa until my last day. No clear signage in hotel.

M Overall experience was average would only like to give a big review to the female at kids club. She was very accommodating and kind. regarding the rest of the staff,Every single person we met pushed us for a singular review. They would ask for our phone to take photos so we could not forget to write the review. It really lacked professionalism and really put a bad taste in my mouth to even walk past particular staff members without being harassed. Breakfast was nice and hygienic the rooms smelt sour and of Sewage at nights. We would recommend this hotel for families the kids facility and the location was great.
