Staffgreeted us at reception and told us there was no restaurant and only food available via room service (there is one we later found out). Property is run down, the sink tap wobbled so much I thought it might break off. Bathroom was yuck. Wifi super slow and breakfast included gives you one pancake cut into 1/4's. We paid for 7nights but checked out after 5 to go to another hotel

I used to stay here 4 years ago and it looked quite good. The staff is friendly but the rooms are old and are not well maintained, I had to transfer rooms because the water smelled like sulphur

This property fit the purpose for my travel plans... I'm not one to sit in a room or use facilities.... I was on the first floor overlooking the pool, comfortable and clean ... a bit weathered but ok... Well priced! A bit out of the way but nothing a cheap Birbird couldn't cure! Would stay here again. Lovely staff, very helpful and happy to please.

Quiet, away from the busy areas but not too inaccessible. Breakfast is delivered to the room every morning, but you have to place the order the night before. Building is old and rustic, sheets & towels are clean. Pool is nice to look at, filthy to be in. Toilet has a bidet & water heater. The AC was working just fine.

Staff were amazing only downside was that the pictures in the booking websites are not of the same the hotel is very outdated the pool was not regularly cleaned there were still leaves and dead bugs floating in it .. the rooms were tidy but very outdated and mould in the bathroom.. the safety deposit box didn’t work and also the DVD player the Kitchenette has no pots pans or utensils and also there wasn’t even a kettle for boiling water.. definitely overpriced and please read the reviews before making a booking save yourself the money..

Terrible property. Very old and dilapidated- they are resurfacing however current shape is very bad and dirty. Beautiful staff. Breakfast was nothing special. Below average.

We hated everything and checked out 4 days early. The photos are misleading. The property is old and run down, the photos do not show this. The pool has to be shut because of the condition. No restaurant exists onsite

My friend and I had booked this place for two nights. We only stayed one night and had to book another places due to the condition of the place itself. The photos that are provided is not what you get. Our room was mouldy, had bugs, smelt and didn’t have proper working facilities. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially while on holiday.

Avoid this hotel

The design of the hotel asks for a lot of maintenance. From the beginning there has been no maintenance. The room cannot be cleaned properly because of that. Bathroom should have been renovated four years ago. No investment at all. Towel old and stained. There is no management. Staff have no work instructions it seems, everyday is different. If you have a request you have to repeat it every day or it won't be done. No system, no logic. Breakfast is horrible. Portions minimal. The location of the hotel is rather remote. In the evening it's very dark, only a few street lights, and everywhere the sign "Aware of Bag snatchers". One doesn't feel safe. I often travel to Bali, other places in Indonesia and all of South East Asia. I stayed in many hotels, some cheaper than this one, but this was my worst experience ever in South East Asia. Book any other hotel, you will regret it if you stay here.

キッチンはあっても料理道具が一切なく、お湯も電気ポットの匂いがひどく使えませんでした。 グラス・コーヒーカップも無し。 喫煙OKと記載されていましたが、禁煙でした。 シャワーの扉が完全に閉まらないので、バスマットを扉に挟んで床が濡れるのを防いでいました。 朝食は期待しない方がいいと思います。

私たちは二階でしたが、雨で一階部分が冠水していました。 雨でプールも泥だらけになってしまっていました。 雨季にはオススメしません。 部屋自体は清潔感があり、毎日しっかりルームメーキングもしてくれていました。 スタッフの方々は皆感じ良く、親切に対応してくれます。

Reception wasnt so helpful and didnt help us at getting to know the enviroment. We found a cockroach from our room and complained about it to the staff. They just gave us some insect spray and we had to wait for one night to get a new room upstairs. Ubers are not allowed in the area and the hotel is making good with charging taxi drivers. Breakfast was small and not delicious. Room smelled awful. The area was quite distant. Sofa had spots in it. Pictures were misleading and taken a long time ago. Lizards in our room. Definitely not worth the money.

A nicely designed little apartment. Very clean but looks a bit tired. Good facilities in room. Pool nice. Misleading to say there is a restaurant. Breakfast served in bedroom and good choice. They will get food for you if you want it. Very different from saying there is a restaurant.

Great Service

All the staff at Astana was so helpful and nice. Our room was cleaned everyday, our breakfast came on time. For the price you pay it is definitely worth it, it is about a 10 min drive to Seminyak square but I enjoyed being away from the busy street. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit. Thank you for looking after us Astana staff
