"Overall, I had an amazing experience! Yes, the restaurant service—and occasionally the lobby bar—moved a little slowly, but the staff was so warm, friendly, and attentive. This room is hands‑down my favorite of all the adults‑only resorts I’ve stayed at. The grounds are gorgeous, the overall aesthetic is stunning, and the entire vibe is incredibly relaxing. And the beachfront location? Absolutely perfect. Would I recommend Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya? Without a doubt. Would I come back? In a heartbeat!"

"Great rooms with partial or full ocean views. The staff is friendly. The preferred restaurants (Italian, French, Japanese and Mexican) are nice. The pools are clean. The beach has a seaweed, but not too bad."

"This was our first stay on an Excellence property. Everything about the resort is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Our room was meticulously cleaned every day as well as towels replaced and bed turn down every evening. The pool area and beach were clean and lovely with fresh towels conveniently located and abundant. Restaurant and food options were excellent as well. One thing that stands out above and beyond expectations is the staff and service. Simply outstanding. Looking forward to our next Excellence experience in 2026! "

"Everything about this resort and our stay was stellar. No complaints. Exceptional service by Alfredo, Margarita, Juan and Edith especially . Staff and guests so friendly. Food at buffet bit hit and miss but overall good. We had the Privilege package and i highly recommend. Felt really spoiled. One negative was the chair saving at pool and beach. Difficult to get decent spot unless you get there by 5 or 6am to stake your spot with your towel Overall we loved our stay and will be back!"
