"Nice hotel, well located. Close to tube & shops for water/snacks. Staff helpful & welcoming. Didn’t try the food. My room was clean & bed comfy but I opted for a single & it was a very small room. Safe would not open because of how it was drilled into the cabinet. It was a very practical & safe place to stay & happy to recommend it."

But I have hotels.com VIP status, and neither was it recognized nor did I get offered an upgrade (which should be automatic). The hotel is clean, which is good. "Paul at the front desk checked us in and he was very kind in getting us in a room after our long journey to London! We also had an issue where I plugged an iron in to the wrong outlet and it killed the electric in the room. They use WhatsApp as a method of communication. Within minutes of me texting...someone was at our door and reset the power."
