Good location, walking distance to railway public transit. The groceries store next door was a "nice to have". Conditions were ok, the room & bath pretty minuscule but that is expected for the cheap accommodations in Europe. The breakfast area is ok, a fully functional kitchen with self-service. Not a lot of options in the "menu" but it did its job well.

The gentleman named Hussain at the reception was outstandingly kind and generous making sure we were at ease and comfortable. He was the one who made our stay the best.

Nice location for Abba Voyage.

We booked the hotel as it was 10 minutes walk from the Abba Arena. Room was clean and comfortable but it was a bit of a struggle carrying suitcases (we had big cases as this was the start of a long trip) up the stairs. The host did with the cases which eas nice of him. Rooms are a bit basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good for a budget hotel. Ideal location for Abba Voyage with Bow Road station being less than 10 minutes and Bow Church station accross the road.

It was great to have access to the kitchen where we had the supplies for breakfast to hand. Friendly and helpful people on reception. Cleanliness could be much better eg: the stairwell needed a vacuum; kitchen surfaces, cooker nobs, handles, bathroom tiles seemed sticky and needing a clean. But overall our stay was good, towels, bedding and bedroom clean. Thanks for having us.

Good stay

We stayed four nights. Bed was very comfortable and noise levels not too bad considering it’s London. Very easy access and location perfect for jumping on the DLR tube. Staff were very friendly and even had kitchen to use if needed. Laundrette next door and a handy shop near by

Somewhere to go after night out.

This Hotel is very basic but great value for money, the staff were friendly and helpful at cheack in. The room was found clean, but housekeeping had forgotten to take bag of soiled nappies from the room, the staff were very apologetic about this. The bed was comfortable and slept well and the room was very quite, despite being on Bow Road. You could make yourself breakfast in the morning, toast, eggs and cereal.

A Fabulous Family like location

It was a brief one night stay on a business trip and it was easy to locate and affordable. The location was close to public transport and shops so perfect for me. The breakfast inclusive option was great. There was variety of food to choose from and was a fantastic thing. Room could do with a bed lamp and a wardrobe that allows use of the wall socket close to the bed.

Very basic, but good value for money

Good value, polite check in (including an offer to carry my bag upstairs). Room far too hot and a bedside lamp would have been a welcome addition. Entry stair carpet needs a good clean, but the room itself was clean. However for an overnight stay it was good value and I would book again.

A good basic hotel at a good price

Hotel was in easy walk of underground station and DLR. I stayed for a night before going to Excel, a short journey using the DLR. The room was functional and had an ensuite shower room. The shower was good and hot. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast supplied was a pleasant surprise, quite a choice of items, although self service, very good.

Basic, Clean good value 4 ABBA nearby

Great location as went to ABBA Voyage only 15 min walk away. Basic, clean, friendly hosts. Bath towels on small side. Local station 3-4 min walk Bow Road. Easy to navigate around London. 20-30 min to Central London.

An ok stay

The stay was ok, for two nights. The room was alright but not clean. The chair was filthy and the lounge chair was broken. The bed was clean, and toilet was also clean. But I would not want to put stuff in the nightstand or closet.
