"While the hotel said it had air conditioning, it was not adequate to deal with last week's heat (mid 90's) and humidity. Fans were provided in each room but they did not provide the level of comfort expected."

"The restaurant staff on arrival were very welcoming. We were provided with complimentary coffee and some cake. We were able to park beneath the property with lift access to the bistro that also acts as a reception. When booking in advance of our stay we were given the name of the room (Albis), a superior apartment on the second floor but this was not the room we were offered on arrival by the restaurant staff who greeted us. "It was a wonderful and charming hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast yummy, and the location can not be beat. The only problem was the motion sensor night light that lit up our whole room every time someone moved. We put a blanket over it but since it was built into the step into the bathroom it made it a bit tricky for anyone to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. For our family, we were all so tired it didn’t matter. "
