"I very much enjoyed my stay here at Vancouver Studios. I like to have a kitchenette when I travel so I can prepare my breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean. The hotel was very clean. And the staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. This will be my first choice anytime I return to London the location is quite convenient as well. Walking distance from two different tube stations."

"The Grand Royale Hyde Park is amazing! The staff is very friendly and treat you like family. The complimentary fruit, chocolates, and bottle of wine were a very nice touch. The room was great and very clean. I highly recommend staying here, the location is great. "

"The rooms were spotless, and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is fantastic, just around the corner are two tube stations. The street is fairly quiet. The temperature thermometer in our room was not working so the room was a little overheated, but we were able to crack open the windows and everything was fine. For some reason, the telephone in our room was not working so we could not call down to the front desk, but when we mentioned it later, they said there was a manual adjustment on the radiator. But these were small issues. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff are amazing, accomodating and helpful. Location is unbeatable for central London. Rooms are great but could use a little upgrade. Mattress had a little dip where it had been used over time. Also found it odd that they didnt supply amenities like a toothbrush, cotton and no slippers or robe. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book there again."
