"The staff here are truly wonderful and go above and beyond to help. The villas are very quiet and peaceful. The villas themselves are starting to show some aging and dating, but they were comfortable, and cleaned daily (unless you specify not to). We originally had a villa with a broken hand-basin and hole in the tiles on the bottom of the pool, but staff were happy to change our room to one that had no damage/ware.
