"Such a great hotel. Fabulous staff, special mention to Muriel who on arrival made us feel so welcome. Alongside her local knowledge that really made our stay! Great location. "

"The staff was friendly, helpful and overall excellent. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working and it was not repaired throughout our stay of 6 nights! We were on the fifth floor, so we had to make the tedious climb up and down to our room. The hotel did not even offer to compensate us for this inconvenience. It was only after we asked for a complimentary something that they offered one day free breakfast. The water pressure of the toilet in the room was very low, so flushing did not work well. "

"Couldnt dins my payment when i checked in,even though my daughter paid in full a month before! Was woken in the morning at 9.00 am. Y the cleaner banging about and hoovering the next room 9.00 am!!!"

"What a disappointing hotel. When I booked on hotels.com it looked a rather nice property and when I got there it was a 1970s building with the matching interior that's dated. The room has damaged/ worn furniture and the bathroom was very dirty. Also the hotel stairways stank of blocked toilets . The breakfast was not as described or shown.. sausages not nice and the no hash browns and not enough cereals for children. Staff don't know how to clean and if they are investing in a refit program they need to train the staff to clean properly. "

"Overall a very good hotel. Lighting system in rooms very confusing. I would have liked lobby coffee in the morning and an earlier start to breakfast (currently 7 am). Breakfast buffet is good. Small hotel cafe mediocre at best."
